Ingredients

3 1/2 pounds Boneless beef top sirloin Twice ground

1/2 pounds Uncooked Smoked bacon Ground w/ meat

2 cups Dry bread crumbs

1 Cup Water

1/2 whole Red onion Ground w/ meat

1 1/2 teaspoons Roasted garlic Minced

2 tablespoons Dried basil

2 tablespoons Dried oregano

2 whole Eggs


Directions

Grind meat twice on small grind mixing in onions, bacon, and garlic. Once ground mix in remaining ingredients. Hand mix well. Mixture should be soft but somewhat sticky. Shape into racquetball sizes. . Sear on sides. Place in sprayed glass dish spaced apart. Place in 375 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes. After they are done baking allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
