Meatloaf and Gravy

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Ground beef

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

1 egg beaten

1 can Golden Mushroom Soup 10.75oz

1/4 cup Water


Directions

Preheat oven to 350deg F. Thoroughly mix beef, bread crumbs and egg in large bowl. Place beef mixture into shallow 3 qt. bakin pan and firmly shape into an 8x4 loaf. Bake 30 min. spread 1/2 can coup over meatloaf. Bake 30 min. or until meatloaf is cooked through. Lef meatloaf stand 10min. before slicing. Heat 2 tbsp. pan drippings, remaining soup and water in 1 qt. saucepan over medium heat until mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Serve gravy with meatloaf.
