Directions

Roll 1 piece of chiles and ¼” of Jack Cheese in each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken in putter and roll in panko and spices. Place in Pam’d baking dish, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Basmati rice mixed with onions and mushrooms, and a sauce made of your favorite salsa and sour cream.
