Mexican Potatoes

Ingredients

1/4 c Onion diced

1/2 ts Hot chili pepper to taste

1 c Tomatoes diced

1 Clove garlic pressed or minced

1/2 ts black pepper Fresh ground

1 lb Potatoes mashed, coarsely chopped

Salt to taste


Directions

Fry all ingredients, except potatoes, together for 5 minutes or until they are clear and tender. You may add oil or butter to your taste. Add potatoes, fry until heated through.
