2 Eggs
1 1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Butter melted
1 cup All purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
dash Salt
Maple Syrup optional
Kids all loved it. Only question I have is how much salt to use? I went with 1/2tsp and seemed fine. Either way this has now become a staple for breakfast in our house!!!
Loular68I have 5 children and use this pancake mix weekly. My youngest son could get them every day! Much better than any store bought mix. Light and fluffy with great flavor. If they aren't fluffy you need new baking powder.
