Ingredients

3/4 Cup Olive oil

2 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef

4 Red Peppers diced

4 Poblanos diced

2 large Onions diced

1/2 Cup Garlic minced

1 1/2 Cup Flour

1 #10 can Tomatoes chopped

1 #10 can Kidney beans

4 Cups Tomatoes diced

3 Cups Beer

1 quart Chicken Stock

1 quart Demiglace

1/2 Cup Cumin

1/3 Cup Chili powder

1 Tb Cayenne

1 Tb Coriander

1 Tb Oregano

1 Tb Basil

1 Cup Brown sugar


Directions

Brown beef, saute peppers and onions, add garlic, make roux. Add rest, simmer.
