550 ml Beef stock
Handful Raisins
Handful Dried Apricots
2 Carrot Sliced
200 grams Canned Chopped Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
150 grams Couscous
