Ingredients

Cut to 4 - 5" squares


Directions

1. Sprinkle some salt onto the chopped tomatoes, leave for 5 minutes, then mop up the juices with kitchen towels, season with more salt if necessary 2. Spread some tomato sauce on the pastry puff squares and arrange the chopped tomatoes in the middle of the pastry puff squares 3. Topped with mozzarella cheese, then fold over 2 sides of thw pastry, leaving the top and bottom open 4 baked in pre heated oven for about 30 minutes or until pastry is puffed up and golden. Serve immediately ( best) or allow to cool.
