Ingredients

1 lb raw brussel sprouts

1 tbl olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic minced

1 tbl mustard yellow or dijon

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbl Lemon

Directions

Chop of the ends of sprouts and then cut in half. Slice each half into about 4-5 slices. They will stick together in chunks sort of, that is fine. Put all ingredients except sprouts into a skillet and heat on medium. Add sprouts and mix well so all sprouts have the mixture on them. Cook, mixing frequently, until they turn a brownish green color and are soft. Some of the larger chunks may be a little crunchy and that's fine. Just cook until you think they are done enough and serve.

A great recipe and one that I have been wistful over for a long long time! My grandmother used to make something very similar and I was thrilled to find it here, it helped me remember how to make her version of it a lot more, TY!
