Ingredients

1 peeled and sliced

1/2 cup

2 cups

1/2 juiced

2 tablespoons drained

2 tablespoons

1 tablespoon chopped


Directions

Saute shallots in pan on medium low heat until translucent. Add white wine and reduce until almost dry. Add cream and reduce by half. Add remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
