1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon
optional -up to 1 1/2 cups fruit (raisins, dates)
1/2 honey
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
