Roll out your pastry on a floured surface until it is stretched a further 5 - 8 cm all round.
Paint on the pastry a thin layer of mustard, sprinkle the salt and egg wash.
Cut into 2-3 cm wide lengths. Rap these round the asparagus in a spiral way.
Egg wash and place on a grease proof paper lined oven tray.
Bake on 170'C for 20 minutes. or until puffed up and light brown.
