Norwegian Krumkake

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk scant cup

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup butter melted


Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients with electric mixer. Adding melted butter last. Beat well. You may flavor with lemon, almond, or brandy flavoring or 3/4 tsp. crushed cardamon. Bake in Krumkake iron. Roll on wooden dowel and cool. Remove and carefully stack on tray.
