Enjoy a bowl of oatmeal with almond slices, coconut shreds & cinnamon!

1/2 cup fast cook oatmeal
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Coconut shredded
2 tablespoons Almonds sliced
2 tablespoons Golden raisins
1 packet Splenda
A nice twist on oatmeal. I used almond milk instead of water and a packet of stevia instead of splenda. I used 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp coconut extract. I cooked on medium for 4 min ( I like a thicker oatmeal). After it was done I mixed in 2 teaspoons of aguave nectar and topped with crushed raw almonds.
