Heat oven to 425F. Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups. Combine oat bran, buttermilk, egg, honey and oil. Let stand for 10 minutes. In larger bowl, combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and add the buttermilk-bran mixture. Stir only enough to damp the flour. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
