Oatmeal - Brown Sugar Cookies

My go-to for oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

1 cup Brown sugar

1 cup Shortening

1 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Baking powder

3 cup Oatmeal (quick or regular)

1 tsp Baking soda

1 1/3 cup Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

1. Cream sugars and shortening. Add eggs and mix well. 2. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. 3. Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Oven Temperature: 350°F
