Open Faced Steak Reubens

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak

4 slices rye bread

1/2 cup russian dressing

8 slices Swiss Cheese


Directions

Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in 2 tsp olive oil over medium-high heat 3-5 min per side. Let rest 5 minutes then slice. Toast bread and top each with dressing, steak, and cheese. Broil until chesse melts, 3-5 minutes. Serve with chips.
