Ingredients

3 cups Fresh raspberries

2 cups Fresh blueberries

3 1/2 cups Sugar

1/2 cup Orange segments finely chopped

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

4 teaspoons Orange Peel grated

3 ounce Liquid fruit pectim


Directions

Place raspberries and blueberries in a food processors; cover and process until blended. Trasnfer to a dutch overn. Stir in the sugar, orange segments, lemon juice and orange peel. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in pectn. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim off foam. Ladle hot mixture into hot sterilized half pnt jars, leaving 1/4 in headspace. Remove air bubbles; wipe rims and adjust lids. Process for 5 mnutes in a boiling-water canner.

I am afraid to attempt this even though it sounds so good. Can the amount of sugar be correct? 30 1/2 cups? Please let me know . Thank you, mikieElle
