2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

GuestAbsolutely delicious! The paprika really does this dish wonders. Next time, I am thinking of adding hot sauce to the mix just to help highlight and bring out the flavor. Easy to bake. Highly recommended!
trm0608Subbed coconut milk for regular milk thanks to dietary restrictions and used chicken breasts. It worked beautifully. I felt like using the smoked paprika made a huge impact, too. All six people (including my two elementary school age kids, both very picky) went back for seconds. My father’s “well this is tasty!” is rare dinner praise indeed. This is a keeper for us for sure.
Isis_ufThe whole family loved this chicken! One picky eater thought it smelled delicious as it baked and could not wait for dinner. Husband and I went back for seconds on everything, The broccoli was very tasty with the fresh garlic--I flipped it and watched it like a hawk for the last 10 minutes because I have tried plain roasted broccoli in the past with less than appetizing results. This recipe is a keeper!
