Ingredients

3 Eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup Flour

1/4 teaspoon Salt

2 1/2 tablespoon Butter

Honey (very lightly drizzled)

dusted with powdered sugar


Directions

In a medium bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add milk, flour and salt. Mix well. Melt butter in 10 inch glass oven safe casserole dish. Pour batter into the pan of melted butter. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cut in fourths. Top with your choice of the toppings above or get creative and try something new!

Love these. Family keeps asking for them. I made them exactly to a T the first couple times. Then I kind of added a twist here and there. My family especially loves it, if I make them like in a cupcake pan with fresh apples and cinnamon. That way my son can sneak them and thinks we don't notice. But we love them both ways!!!!!!!!

Eat it quickly.Beautiful out of oven but falls quickly. Delicious with any fresh fruit. Put pan in oven as it preheats. A knockout breakfast.

This is really yummy... I do put an extra egg in it and it works out just fine:). I also use whole wheat flour :)
