1. Rinse shrimp and drain well.
2. Heat soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and 2 tbsp. of chicken broth in wok over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until tender.
4. Add all vegetables to wok and continue to sauté, stirring and adding more broth as necessary.
4. Add shrimp when vegetables are halfway cooked and continue to sauté until vegetables are tender and shrimp are opaque.
