Pan-Seared Porterhouse Steaks with Bobbys Steak Sauce

1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce

Salt

3/4 c Horseradish

2 tb Honey

1/4 c Ketchup

2 tb Ancho chile powder

4 Porterhouse steaks; cut

3 tb Dijon mustard

To taste

2 tb Maple syrup; or to taste

Salt


Directions

How to Prepare the Steak: 1. Heat two 12-inch cast-iron skillets over high heat. 2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Add the steaks and saute until golden brown on one side. 3. Turn over and repeat. Cook to desired doneness; 6 to 7 minutes for rare, 9 to 12 minutes for medium, and 12 to 15 minutes for well done. 4. Serve with Bobbys Steak Sauce.
