Directions

In a medium bowl stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the middle and set aside. In another medium mixing bowl combine the eggs, milk, and cooking oil. Add egg mixture all at once to the dry mixture. Stir until just moistened (batter should be lumpy). For standard sized pancakes, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot greased griddle or skillet. Pancakes are ready to flip when large bubbles form.
