Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

4 large Potatoes (2 pounds)

1/4 cup Parmesan

1 teaspoon Garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Oregano dried

1/2 teaspoon Paprika


Directions

* Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Cut each potato into eight wedges; place on foil. Coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Bake at 400? for 30 minutes or until tender. Yield: 8 servings.

We loved these!! They were delicious! I changed the process a little and used oil instead of cooking spray. Here is what I do: * Mix dry ingredients in a ziploc bag. Cut each potato into eight wedges. Place wedges into a ziploc bag and coat with 2 tbsp oil. Shake well to cover. Then transfer wedges into ziploc containing dry ingredients. Shake very well to cover potatoes. Empty potatoes onto a cookie sheet.. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender. Yield: 8 servings.
