Parmesan Shrimp Risotto

Ingredients

Shrimp

Paprika

1 onion

8 cups chicken broth

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic

2 cups arborio rice

1/2 cup white wine

1 1/2 cups Parmesan

1 cup parsley


Directions

- preheat oven to 400* - toss shrimp with oil, paprika and S+P - separately melt butter and add garlic and onion - add the rice - deglaze pan with wine...stir - add warmed chicken broth one ladle at a time (~18mins of stirring) - add shrimp, parsley and cheese
