Ingredients

1 kg Unsalted Butter

100 grams Parley (2 bunch ) Chopped

20 grams Dill ( 1/2 bbunch ) Chopped

60 grams Shallots ( 1 whole ) Finely Chopped

40 grams Garlic ( 2 bulbs ) Grated

15 grams Salt

1 grams White Pepper

100 ml Pernod Optional

100 ml Water

1 whole Lemon Zest & Juice


Directions

1. Whip butter until light and fluffy, fold in remaining ingredients. 2. Add egg yolk to hold when cooking.
