Chop mushrooms onions and minced garlic. Put in pan and fry until soft with a little olive oil. Put aside. Use the same pan and brown ground beef. Once ground beef is brown pour out all oil. Add ground beef, mushroom onion garlic mix, Italian seasonings, Bayleaf, three cans of tomato sauce, and three cans of kidney beans in large pot. Bring to a boil and put on simmer for 60+ minutes. Boyle elbow noodles in the water 4 minutes ("al dente" soft on the outside little hard in the middle). Add 15 minutes before serving.
