Here is one from a Bisquick recipe booklet that I sent off for a long time ago. It came out quite well when I made it and would probably be good made with homemade baking mix, too. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the margarine. Spread in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches;arrange peach slices on top. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix sour cream and egg; drizzle over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
