Cook & stir all ingredients except peanuts to a full boil. Lower heat and keep stirring while mixture boil for 3 minutes or unti it reaches a soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and stir in peanuts, Beat until candy starts to thicken. Drop by tsp fuls onto waxed paper.
