Ingredients

1 1/2 cup nuts unsalted unpeeled

1 teaspoon coconut sugar or brown sugar or light brown sugar


Directions

Toast the nuts in the oven a little bit. Blend (in the food processor) the peanut until almost as butter, then add the sugar until it becomes a cream (around 5 min). It lasts 5 days in the fridge.
