Pecan Muffins

Ingredients

1 c Pecans chopped

2 c Flour

1 c Sugar

2 Eggs beaten

1 c milk

1/2 c Shortening; melted

2 ts Baking Powder

1/4 ts Salt

4 ts Cinnamon


Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Add pecans. Mix together milk, melted shortening & eggs. Combine dry & liquid ingredients quickly with little stirring.
