Ingredients

1 pound boiled- rinse

1 large chopped

1 piece big pieces

1 spoonful

1 cup rinse

1 spoon enough to coat meat

1 large cut

to taste

1/2 spoon


Directions

sautee onions, then add garlic and ginger. -persian seasoning -add oil and meat -add salt and pepper -Medium low- cover 10-15 mins -add water to cover meat - turn to medium -add 2 dry limes -tomatoes/ veggies -Once water is hot add split peas -after boil add tomatoe sauce -Let simmer for 4 hours on low or put in crockpot on low for 8 -make with rice
