Pistachio Layered Delight

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup Margarine

2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup pistachios (or pecans) chopped, divided

1 cup Powdered sugar

2 8 oz Cool Whip thawed, divided

8 oz Cream cheese softened

2 pkg instant pistachio pudding

2 cup milk


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 deg 1st Layer: Mix flour, margarine, sugar and 3/4 cup nuts Pat into a 9x13 baking dish Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned Set aside to cool 2nd Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip Spread onto 1st Layer 3rd Layer: Beat pudding and milk together Pour onto 2nd Layer Cover with remaining Cool Whip Sprinkle with remaining nuts Refridgerate at least 1 hour
