Ingredients

237 grams Bread Flour

50 grams Durum Flour

172 grams water warm (110)

1/2 teaspoon yeast

1/2 tablespoon salt

26 grams Molasses


Directions

Mix flour, salt, and yeast. Mix molasses, water. Then mix together and knead till appropriate consistency. Let rise 6-8hrs.
