Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

8 wheat rolls Open faced

2 ounces shredded cheese

2 ounces pepperoni slices

4 ounces pizza sauce

1 lb ground beef

salt

black pepper

finely chopped onions


Directions

1. Place ground beef in a frying pan. 2. Sprinkle in salt and pepper. 3. Toss in the finely chopped onions. 4. Brown beef until about mid-way cooked and dump the excess grease. Finish browning until thouroughly cooked through. 5. Open rolls and lay flat on a cookie sheet. 6. Spread pizza sauce on the surface of the open roll. 7. Place a single layer of pepperoni on surface of the open roll. 8. Scoop and spread evenly the cooked ground beef onto the surface of the open roll. 9. Place shredded cheese evenly on to the surface of the open roll.
