Polish Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

1 can green beans

Garlic salt

Pepper

Basil

1 cup Colby Jack cheese or cheddar

4 potatoes

1 Polish sausage or ring bologna

1 onion


Directions

Boil water to boil potatoes. Cook until soft. Were making mashed potatoes. Cook the sausage in cast iron skillet to brown, set aside. Add half onions and grill just until soft. In a casserole dish place whole can of green beans on bottom, drained. Season with garlic salt, pepper, and basil. Place browned sausage on top of the beans. Next place the raw onions on top of the sausage. Then take the completed mash potatoes and spread them over the entire casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mash potatoes. Finally put it in the oven at 350 for 20 mins or until the bottom start bubbling to the top. I use a glass dish so you can see the sides.
