Celery onion carrot

1/2 cup grated cheese (parmigiano)

Garlic

Parsley

Slice bread

Milk

Egg

Breadcrumbs


Directions

Boil meat with celery onion carrot for 2hrs Whilst warm, Chop meat finely and Mix with garlic, 1/2 cup cheese (parmigiano), parsley, 2 x slice bread soaked in milk and add one egg Roll in breadcrumbs and fridge for 1hr before frying
