Ingredients

4 lb pork shoulder or pork butt trim fat if too much fat

11/2 tsp salt

3/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

1 onion, peeled and halved

2 bay leaves

1 tsp of chili pepper flakes

1 tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp fresh lime juice from 1 lime

2 cups water

1 medium orange juiced and keep the spent halves
