Pot-in-Pot Jasmine Rice

An easy way to cook perfect jasmine rice every time. Assumes 195 g/cup for the rice, and uses a rice:water ratio of 1:1.25. So, 2 cups of rice weighs 390 g, and 2.5 cups of water weighs 590 g. Or close enough.

Directions

Water in IP Pyrex on scale Add rice Transfer rice to strainer Rinse rice Transfer rice back to Pyrex Pyrex back on scale Add water 15 minutes on Manual, followed by 10 minutes Natural Release
