Pot Roast

Ingredients

1 Beef chuck roast

1 envelope Lipton onion mushroom soup

1 can Beef stock

4 Potatoes chopped

2 cups Baby carrots chopped

Heavy duty tin foil


Directions

For oven: Place roast in baking pan. Surround with potatoes and carrots. Combine beef stock and Lipton onion mushroom soup, pour over roast. Cover tightly with heavy duty tinfoil and place in oven. Bake at 350° for 4 hours or until meat falls apart. For crockpot: Layer potatoes and carrots, then roast and cover with soup/stock combination. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
