Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs cross rib or chuck roast

3 tble spoons spade el seasonings

3 teaspoon Crushed garlic

8 sliced Carrots Pealed and Sliced

8 cubed potatoes pealed and cubed

1 Can Beef broth

2 tble spoons low fat mayonnaise

4 tble spoons butter


Directions

Place roast in crock pot with garlic, spade el seasonings, and beef broth. Cover and cook on medium high for 4-6 hours. Peal and slice carrots and potatoes. Boil each in different pots till soft. Add salt and pepper and butter to taste to carrots. Mash potatoes, and salt and pepper, garlic, milk, mayo and butter to taste. Pot Roast is done once meat is able to be shreaded.
