Potato Cheese Soup

Ingredients

4 cubes Chicken bouillon

3 Cups Water

5 cups Diced Potatoes

1 Cup Diced Celery

1 Cup Diced Carrots

1 1/2 Cups Finely chopped onions

8 oz Jar Cheese Wiz

2 Cups Milk

2 Cups Half-and-half cream

3/4 Cup Butter

3/4 Cup Flour

1 Cup Cheddar cheese Optional


Directions

Dissolve bouillon in hot water in a large pot. Add all vegetables. Turn stove to medium heat. In a separate bowl, melt butter and mix in flour. Slowly stir into pot of vegetables. Add milk, half and half cream and cheese wiz. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese if desired. Simmer until vegetables are soft and heated through. Serve.
