Ingredients

8 cups Potatoes diced

3 cans Chicken broth (14.5 oz each)

1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup undiluted (10.75 oz)

1/3 cup Onion chopped

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

1 package Cream cheese cubed

1/2 pound Bacon sliced, cooked and crumbled, optional


Directions

In a 5-qt slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese; stir until blended. Garnish with bacon and chives if desired. Per serving (1 cup w/o bacon): 179 cal, 9g total fat (5g sat), 25mg chol, 690mg sodium, 21g carb, 2g fiber, 4g protein.
