In a large pot, add sliced leeks and onions. Saute in butter.
Add potatoes, salt & pepper and broth. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat for 20 minutes
Process until smooth. Add cream and nutmeg

Hollow out bowls, rub inside with garlic, brush with olive oil, sprinkle cheese. Bake at 350 of for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted.
