1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit before starting.
2. Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Toss potatoes with oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Roast in the middle of the oven, until golden brown, for 25-28 min.
3. While potatoes roast, finely chop the dill. Trim green beans, then cut in half. Roast the green beans in the top of the oven for 6-8 min.
4. Whisk together the mayo and mustard in a large bowl. Add potatoes, green beans, and dill. Toss together.
