2 #10 cans pumpkin

1 cup roasted

1 cup roasted

1 1/2 quarts

1 teaspoon

1/2 cup brown butter

1 tablespoon fresh

3/4 cup


Directions

Mix all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pipe into ravioli and enjoy. Goes well with brown butter and fried sage over some sautéed spinach with tomato and slivered poached garlic. Garnish with parmesan and toasted slivered almonds.
