Ingredients

15 ounces canned pumpkin

14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 each Eggs large

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

To Taste Nutmeg fresh ground

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 each frozen pie crust unbaked


Directions

Combine pumpkin, spices and salt to a sauce pan Warm over low heat until mixture is warmed through Allow to cool slightly Mix in condensed milk Mix in eggs Pour into pie crust Bake at 425° for 15 minutes Reduce oven to 350° and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1” from the crust comes out clean. Turn oven off and leave to cool in oven with the oven door slightly open for 45 – 60 minutes Cool in refrigerator over night
