Pumpkin & Sunflower seed rolls

Ingredients

200 ml Water

130 ml Milk

1 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Honey

1.5 tbsp Oil

1 handful sunflower kernels

1 handful pumpkin kernels keep some aside for decorating

150 grams wholemeal rye flour

290 grams white flour

1.5 tsp Quick-rise active dry yeast

a little Milk for brushing


Directions

Add all the ingredients to a bread maker in the order given, then make a dough on the pizza dough setting. Divide the dough into 9 portions and roll into rolls. Make a cut in the middle of each roll. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/350 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush the rolls with a little milk and push on some pumpkin seeds. Bake the rolls in the oven for 15 minutes, until they sound hollow when you knock on them.
