Beat eggs about 2 minutes until slightly yellow color.
Beat in sugar and milk.
In a small saucepan on low heat or microwave melt together cream cheese and margarine. Stir to combine well, cool slightly.
Stir cottage cheese, jack cheese and cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
Stir together flour and baking powder and stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into well-greased 9x13 dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Note" if casserole has been refrigerated, bake 60 minutes.
