1 9-inch Unbaked pastry shell
4 Slices bacon
1/4 c Onion finely chopped
1 1/2 c chedder cheese Shredded
4 Eggs slightly beaten
1 1/3 c milk
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/8 ts White pepper
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
I followed the recipe and it came out great. I will make again and perhaps throw some mushrooms or spinach in for strength...lol

Princesse1380Heavenly! I added broccoli, 5 strips thick cut bacon, boiled fresh spinach (pressed out water), added garlic powder & onion powder to egg mixture. I used refrigerated pie crust---be sure to prick bottom really well or it will swell up when precooked. Cooked an additional 10 min. Teenagers loved it!
